Refurbished iPhone XR

At first the phone worked perfect amazing. But I havent had this phone over a year with not cracks or drops and first the power button got stuck into the phone. Then it shut down and when I turnt it on it is stuck in recovery mode. I connected to my mac tried to update and factory reset it without any success. I keep my phone updated and stuff so I know it isnt my fault. Buy at your own risk I guess.

i ordered a couple months ago the screen quality was amazing no scratches or nun the upper sides had a little scratch which was not noticed from afar and you couldnt really feel it so either would 10/10 really fast shipping only took 3 days i lost the phone which is a bummer but every thing was perfect untill it started over heating a lot and gliching before it died but i think it was due to exesive use ?

I ordered it on April first and received it on the fourth which was super quick in my opinion! I ordered an Xr in excellent condition and the only imperfections I’ve been able to spot so far is a small scratch on the back which im is no biggie to me. The battery health is 97% and I was able to activate the phone with no issues! 10/10 service; will definitely be using this website again :)

Our teen daughter likes her new/used iPhone a lot. just complained a bit about the camera and that it doesn't seem as good as her older iPhone 8. I told er perhaps the settings need to be adjusted but I don't know how to do that.

My daughter loves her phone. The condition of the phone was better than I expected, just barely noticeable scratches on the back. The battery health is 100%. Shipping was extremely fast. Definitely ordering from here when I need another phone!

This new phone to me is getting better each day that I learn more about it, I have always has an Android phone so going to an iPhone is a change. The only thing I dislike so far is the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as my old phone but still long enough for my normal use. There are other aspects about this phone I need to learn yet. It says storage is almost full of data but I don’t have much data that I put into it so not sure where that is coming from, also a line appeared across the screen, not sure why that is there either.

The phone was just as described! No issues other than a misprint on the tag that was labeled as “At&T Locked” when really it was an unlocked phone (just as I ordered). So it all worked out in the end! I would purchase again from backmarket.com - easy and affordable.

The device looks brand new just as it was described. It is getting hot though when charging and came with a T-Mobile charger even though it was supposed to be unlocked. Very grateful for the warranty that came with the phone. I purchased two phones in the same order, if the second order goes as well as this one did... I will definitely start buying all my devices from Back Market.

Better than expected. The condition assigned to the phone that I bought from Back Market was misleading in a good way. I expected a heavily used and abused appearance on this phone. But...The phone I received appeared to be in like new condition with the exception of a very fine scratch on the screen. So far, no problem with the functionality of the phone. The price for the phone was extremely reasonable to me. I will be shopping for and/or buying my next laptop from Back Market very soon. Thanks
