The ordering process was super easy. I got the MacBook Pro very quickly and it is in great shape. Everything works really well. The only place there is even a slight bit of wear and tear is on the keys. You can see they have been typed on. Other than that, you'd think that this was a new computer. I'd definitely recommend purchasing from here.

They say this is Good condition but it feels like it's in excellent condition to me. My Macbook Pro arrived the same week I purchased it in great condition. I have never purchased a brand new Mac ever before in life and I don't think I ever will. Please consider purchasing from Back Market as you will not be disappointed.

I ordered my MacBook Pro and it came within 3 days. I paid for the fair condition-- and it came perfectly to be honest. I didn't see a single scuff or scratched. The only downside to my order, was that I didn't receive a charger with my order like it said I would, so I had to scramble to find a compatible one. BackMarket support responded to me almost immediately and credited my account for one. I was a bit nervous as it was my first order from BackMarket, but I would definitely purchase from here again.

So far so good! I ordered the MacBook Pro 16’ 2019 in good condition. Not major scratches but I had to clean it since there were marks on it. Arrived faster than expected. My only concern is the battery life but so far I can’t tell if it’s good or not, I guess I’ll find out once I use it a little more. Happy with the purchase for now. Update: battery life isn’t too good, about 2h and 40 min until is out of battery. It’s alright since I use it plugged anyways. One thing tho is that after using for about 30min the MacBook starts getting super hot, even if isn’t charging which is concerning.

I am very pleased with my MacBook Pro. First off I must say it was very affordable and when I received it I was impressed that it looks brand new. Since using a IPhone for years it makes the MacBook easy to navigate. I love it!!
