    The iPod touch has a few small but very noticeable scratches on the back. This doesn't matter for my purposes, so I'm not unhappy, but it's not quite "invisible from more than 20 cm away" as advertised. Other than that minor aesthetic issue, the iPod works fine and the battery seems to be in good shape (it lasts a few days without charging, with bluetooth and location services off). The seller (Sprout) packed the iPod very safely for shipping.

    Amazing experience from start to finish. And my daughter was JACKED on Christmas morning seeing that she got this, especially knowing Apple doesn’t make these any more. It was in pristine condition, too. Love the packaging and everything. I’ll order from Backmarket again for sure!

    The iPod Nano is in really fabulous cosmetic condition. I do find that the charging cord and the earphone jack are difficult to plug in and out. The charging cord has to be inserted multiple times before the battery starts to charge or the iPod connects to my computer for syncing. The click wheel is a bit tempermental. But the iPod does work which is more than I can say for the 14-year old one that it replaces which recently died:-)

    I was skeptical that it would be an authentic product or in the condition promised after bad experiences on other sites, but Back Market is AWESOME! The iPod was delivered in even better condition than I expected, the "scratches" reported were minimal and limited to the back of the device (maybe from a case) but the screen and functionality are perfect! I will definitely use Back Market again and recommend to friends. Fast shipping, even during the holiday season and GREAT communication and customer service!

    iPod looks like new! Having some intermittent trouble with “Home” button. Not sure if it’s me (I’m disabled with very minimal use of my fingers) or if it’s the iPod. Other than the Home button it works great! UPDATE: Figured out the “HOME” button. Have to use my thumb, not a stylus. Fortunately, I can still manipulate my thumb! I find it very useful for making phone calls via FaceTime. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
