    Back Market so far has always sent me very amazing refurbished electronics that never had scratches or anything wrong with them. The latest thing I purchased was a iPhone 14 Pro Max and it came like it was brand new! Good job Back Market, 10/10.

    My new iPhone 14 Pro Max is working perfectly. I am completely satisfied with it. I would like some information on whether my iPhone 14 still has some water resistance. I understand that once a phone is opened for repair or reconditioning, we can no longer assume that it has the same water resistance it had when it was new. But is it likely to have retained at least some of its original resistance? In any case, I plan to keep this phone far away from any bodies of water. Figuring out how to provide the information BackMarket requires for me to be paid for the iPhone I am replacing was difficult, but I believe I finally figured that out. I am waiting to be paid now.

    I would never guess this is a refurbished phone! This phone is amazing and perfect. The battery last so long, I can almost go 2 days without charging it. I’m very happy with it and glad I found an affordable way to have an iPhone 14 Pro Max on Backmarket. 😁

    I was nervous about buying a refurbished phone but I did some research on BackMarket and took the leap. This was a great experience with extremely fast shipping and the phone in "very good" condition was seriously like a brand new phone and I saved a few hundred dollars in the process.

    I was leary about buying refurbished. I asked around and discovered three of my friends had purchased from Back Market. It was scary to spend a good amount of money on a phone and not get to touch it and try it out. Welllllll….i was blown away with how nice my phone is!! I would most definitely order from Back Market again!!!

    I am Very Happy with this iPhone. I chose the Fair option for this iPhone 14 Pro Max. I figured that due to it being only a year old, it couldn’t be all that bad. :) Honestly, the only physical issue with this phone are the edges on the front and back. The metal is scratched up where the edges touched when set down. Nothing wrong with the cameras, though. Once in a case, it looks Perfect! Nothing wrong with the screen. The battery health is 97%. Everything functions perfectly. I haven’t purchased a new cellphone since the iPhone 3GS thanks to sites like Back Market. Thank You!

    Great purchase. Service is so so. I ordered a deep purple iPhone 14 pro max and was sent a black. No one consulted with me first to see if I was ok with getting a black. I didn’t like that. Aside from not getting exactly what I ordered, the phone was in amazing condition. I would buy from Back Market again, in the future.

    This is the 5th product I've purchased from BackMarket and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Each item came in like new condition with no technical issues. My recent purchase of an iPhone 14 Pro Max shipped to me 4 days earlier than expected which was awesome, as my other phone was limping along...barely. BackMarket has saved me hundreds of dollars.
