A buddy of mine told me to checkout backmarket… at first I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit skeptic… however after everything arrived I couldn’t be anymore happy… back market came through for me on everything from customer service to my trade-in as well as sent me a great quality “new” refurbished phone that I’m very pleased with… would highly recommend backmarket and I’m looking forward to my next purchase.

The microphone cuts out a lot while another person Is talking on speakerphone, or if they are streaming on discord etc, everything else with the phone seems great, the screen looks more colorful less orange like my iPhone XS I got a good condition, with a new battery so the battery is new. Both cameras look good, there is a small scratch on the back of the phone but that was listed for good condition so I don’t care much it’s on the back, the front of the phone is good no scratches the sides had no scratches the cameras no scratches, I do have a screen error but that’s bc it was replace most likely, when I do press on the screen you can tell it’s not genuine apple which is whatever (looks better anyways) I’m not tryna be picky but realistic for you guys who will read my review and you decide you want to buy this, it does seem like the iPhone 11 has microphone issues in general so it’s probably just apple in that case not the refurbisher fault, volume is loud and good sounds great, the down volume button is super sensitive though like it does at click like the up button does

I find it difficult to purchase a new cell phone. The prices with cell phone providers is always astronomical. Therefore, I have always purchased refurbished & renewed cell phones. I have gotten them all from Amazon & they sadly don't last very long & they are inferior in quality. My daughter & son in law have begged me to get another better cell phone. I went to my cell phone provider & they appeared to offer deals that I could afford, but then they were all sold out. The other phones they offered were expensive. I searched the internet for best refurbished phones & number one on the list was Back Market. I ended up ordering an iPhone 11 & a case for it. The phone & the case are the best that I have ever had. I wanted the iPhone 11 in excellent condition. I had purchased one from another site that was described as "like new" and was anything but. I had good luck shopping here before so I watched the iPhone 11 page until the price and condition met my criteria. Then I read seller reviews for that phone, which were 84% positive. 2-day shipping turned into most of a week, but the phone was pristine which made me smile. And the price was the lowest by far I'd seen for excellent. The screen and battery were original but the battery health was 79%, lower than I hoped. But since the 11 has a honking big battery it should easily last all day. I'd mention the seller but they went poof from Back Market. But do read the seller reviews and bios. Good ones will tell you about testing and quality control and customer satisfaction.

The phone works great. Like brand new! The battery is annoying because it drains fast but the iphone 11 is an older one so i’m not shocked. The sides and camera of the phone were a little more scratched then i would have expected for an “excellent” quality phone but i can’t bruce it with a case. Overall great experience though!

The phone had a alert saying a part used to repair the phone isn’t a genuine apple product. After I cleared the message and restarted my phone I haven’t seen it again! The phone functions perfectly! Battery life is great! Refurbished tech is the new wave!

Upon ordering this phone, I was initially skeptical about its delivery. Much to my amazement, it arrived in immaculate condition, despite being refurbished. I wholeheartedly suggest buying this phone.

All is well. My data transferred. I like my phone and will like it better when I learn more how to use it. I was impressed with the help and attention from back market. My phone looks like a new one. A little less battery capacity but for the difference in price and backing of back market it is the place to go for a refurbished device.
