This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300

I bought an iPhone XR 128 GB on good condition the phone is good everything is working perfectly the only problem is the battery, I only used it for few days from the day of purchase but the battery health went from 96% to 78% within just a space of 4 days I didn’t even use it that much so I don’t understand I have to buy a new battery by myself on top of the amount that I spent on this phone

I bought this iPhone XR just so I could have a way to FaceTime with my family and friends, and it works PERFECTLY for my needs. I didn't need the latest and greatest, and certainly didn't want to pay for it. Back Market helped me accomplish that AND leave a positive impact by helping to recycle old tech. There are a few nicks on the body, but nothing a case can't cover. The screen works and the audio is great. The only thing I wish I could've gotten was a phone with a slightly better battery health (mine is 86%). This is really only a secondary phone, so that's not even too big of a deal. I could've also just paid for a phone in even better condition, but again, this works perfect for my needs. I was so pleased with Back Market, I decided to order an iPad for my partner! Great experience and service all around.

I am very happy with this phone. And bc I feel like I got a great deal for opting for the refurbished option it makes me feel even better about it. Like I am so smart and why would I ever buy a brand new device when a company exists like back market. There is no risk bc you guys have the customer service side of things executed perfectly so I feel like the risk with buying refurbished is completely non existent. I know if anything is wrong with my item you will fix it promptly and politely. Can’t go wrong! Thanks

I purchase a refurbished iphone from Back Market, the process was easy and everything went smooth. I received my iphone on the date as exspected on time. I am really happy with my new iphone works great.

I'm so glad I bought a refurbished phone here! It was my first time, but definitely not my last, considering how much I saved. I was happy with my purchase, aside from the fact that it was ghost touching like crazy (which made it very hard to use) but I shipped it back to the seller and they fixed it free of charge and it works great! Couldn't open the sim slot, so couldn't use the phone. Seems like it coulda been checked ahead of time. Took me 3 tries to get a working phone which was really frustrating, but Black Market was super fast and super responsive, so I stuck with them!

Fast shipping, came with charger which was great! iphone works perfectly, I chose “excellent” condition and that’s exactly how the phone came! Battery health is at 88%, battery is great. I got the XR because it has the largest battery. Will order again if I ever need to or want to upgrade! Thanks backmarket!
