    This arrived faster than originally predicted and in perfect condition. All parts were included. Since the monitor and parts were packed in formed styrofoam before being placed in the shipping box, the few small holes in the outer box that appeared during shipping were not a problem. Setup was easy. Youtube videos re: attaching the stand were helpful. Works perfectly. Very happy.

    Great LED monitor- colors are brilliant. Took no time at all to get here. To date, I've bought 2 monitors, 4 phones and 2 Ipads. Use most as gifts for the young ones so it they break them, not out of a lot of money. No complaints with any of things we got from BackMarket.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER OR FROM BACK MARKET. The tracking information on my order says it was delivered, BUT IT WAS NOT. And I have now spent multiple days with Back Market trying to get answers. They are absolutely NO HELP. This is the second time in a row I have had an issue with a product from Back Market. At least last time the item was delivered. Do yourself a favor and find the item you want on Ebay or somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND THIS SELLER.
