I’m super happy with my purchase and the decision to take the risk and buying this refurbished laptop. I’ve owned two other refurbished MacBooks bought at a much higher cost and honestly this cheap one is in just as great condition as the more expensive ones. I ordered “fair” quality and it’s actually quite excellent. There’s one small dent and hardly any noticeable scratches if any at all. Highly recommend over purchasing brand new, save your money and reduce, reuse, recycle!

I haven't had a Macbook in the last so years. Almost four years of using a Macbook, this purchase was the best ever, especially for a refurbished company. I can't imagine the last time I felt genuine relief and joy, especially using Amazon and being dirt poor. Thank you, Back Market, for this opportunity in feeling alive again!

My computer works great that I got!! It was supposed to be in excellent condition but there’s some pretty big chips in there edges of the computer….i know it’s refurbished but I’d expect this computer to be good condition, maybe not excellent!!

it works nice, battery not as good even though i brought it in good condition, it will turn off at random times and when i try to turn it on it will say it died yet when i plug it in the percentage is high. The update on the laptop was old which is okay because i just called apple for them to update it for me and that went smoothly. And the key “2” would barely work unless i kept tapping it but now it’s okay but sometimes it will put that same number twice. no dents, no scratches it looks very nice

Order the “fair” condition option because I love a Mac Book but on a limited budget right now, I am so impressed with what this seller considers “fair” condition! I noticed only 2 very small cosmetic flaws with this computer. So far it seems to run flawlessly! Will definitely order here again if needed!

Value for money Indeed body looks new and everything works well aside from some overheating and the fan running loud at times. I'd still recommend the laptop it's worth every cent and customer care and delivery are both very reliable.

It came in perfect condition, it had some little scratches but no big deal, didn’t expect much since i ordered on fair condition, but besides that it’s absolutely beautiful, and even came with a Keyboard protector and its Case
