I was REALLY hesitant to order a refurbished iMac through a website that sounded like the Black Market as I worried that I would get ripped off with a suboptimal product. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised! I received a 2019 Core i9 MacBook Pro which looked nearly new even though it was listed as "Good" and I have been able to update the software to Sonoma without any problems. It was more than I had expected and I am glad I made this purchase. I will still use my old 2011 MacBook Pro for Photoshop purposes, but I am using this new/refurbished MacBook Pro for everything else and I love so many of the upgraded features. I will recommend BackMarket to friends and will likely make more purchases here in the future. I am an environmentalist and love the idea of extending the life of these technological devices. Thank you, Back Market, for doing this and for helping our planet!

I am very happy with the Macbook Pro I received from Black Market. I didn't know how behind the times I'd gotten with my 2015 i7 until I started my "new" computer. I believe in recycling, and this applies to high-end merchandise as much as it does to cans and bottles. I'll be checking in with Black Market the next time I need a computer upgrade. There's a small puncture in the bottom of the screen and the screen hinge is wobbly but no cosmetic damage and mostly works fine. Definitely what I expected after I spent all that research time deciding on model.

So far, it seems that I have no regrets with this device. It works really well. Even though I got it at the lowest quality for the price, it appears as though I got a great value deal. Everyday when I use it, I peak at my laptop and scan for any marks but they're literally none to be found. When it comes to how it handles, it works just fine, no lag, glitches, or problems once so ever.
