4.2/5One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

4.4/5PS5 alerted it was not propturned off, and there was a profile still on the PS5. I had to factory reset the device myself, and am concerned that the seller didn’t check that the system was functioning properly.
