Let me tell you something.... This phone is EVERYTHING!!!! I love everything about it. Y'all know what y'all are doing when it comes to refurbishing these devices. I mean "Like New" is an understatement.

This phone has served me well ever since I bought it. I am sad that Samsung no longer supports software and security updates on it though. I have been a Note enthusiast ever since I bought my first Note 2 and subsequent Note 4. In fact I bought the first Note 4 from Verizon in the City of San Antonio at the time. I digress. BackMarket is my go to place for a device when I need one. I don't even know how or when I found this site but I am soooooo glad that I have. I recommend it to everyone and am addicted to browsing what devices are available all the time.

The phone works and is in good condition. The only complaint is the phone was advertised as excelrnt condition, there is a small scratch but noticebale scratch on the screen that makes it not excelent.

this phone was supposed to be in good condition. it came in looking brand new!! it looks amazing!! The battery lasts me all day also. the blue looks so beautiful!! definitely will be purchasing more items.

this phone has every thing known to Moble phones but sadly tho they won't update the (os) anymore android 12 is high as it goes unless you do a Bunch of mendellballation of the software and the phone has to be factory reset in order to do it where as you will lose all your stuff and have to start over other wise any phones models high than this are over kill .Bought a [altra 21 ]didn't like it went back to note 10 plus

As always Back Market delivered a wonderful phone. My only issue is the S-Pen not syncing however this has been a problem with ALL my Note phones.. so not their fault! All in all very happy and will continue to order my phones from Back Market.
