This phone arrived in near perfect condition and has been operating great so far!!

avoid this seller. they shipped me an AT&T locked phone when i ordered a Verizon locked phone. based off previous reviews this isn't a unique incidence. so far Back Market has made the return process easy, so I will try again with a different seller.

I specifically ordered a locked verizon phone, waited 6 days for it to arrive, turn it on and its a spectrum phone. This is not specifically back markets fault but you cannot contact the seller. The phone was great and worked as it should except that I needed a verizon phone and this was not it. I ordered from backmarket before and had a similar problem. I ordered an unlocked phone, after hours sitting on the phone trying to fix it, it was locked to AT&T. I ordered another and it worked great until my daughter broke it. I would recommend backmarket but the sellers need to pay attention to what they are sending the customers.

The phone has turned out well. So much better than my old TCL 10.
