Wow! Phone is in perfect conditions! For the price I say is worth it. I did a diagnostic check and everything performed well! No cracks whatsoever. I did pay for excellent conditions but this exceeded my expectations. It was also easy to set up a 4 payment plan! which I liked. Is my first time in years getting a second hand phone and so far I have no regrets putting my trust here. I plan on making future purchases here! Also it was easy to activate and transfer all my data from my previous Samsung S10!

great service. Received the cell phone very quickly and in excellent condition. Got it up and running in no time. Transferred everything. Had hang up problem with transferring text messages, not a big deal.

This phone works really well, barely any scratches or dents- and if there are very few and HARDLY noticeable unless you have 20/20 vision lol. I love it! I think I need to get used to the size of the phone bc I've had an iPhone 8 plus for a really long while and just upgraded and I can tell this phone is very lightweight but also narrower and smaller making typing slightly more easier to do onehanded but less precise as the keys are smaller. But that is my problem with Samsung, it isn't anything too problematic and I can definitely get used it to it. Love the phone anyways, God bless yall!

The Galaxy S24 that I received was not unlocked! It was locked by T-Mobile. I'm extremely disappointed and want this fixed immediately!

I have experienced all kinds of customer service, and lucky enough to say my experiences have been mostly very good ones. I must say that Backmarket has exceeded my expectations, especially with regards to excellence in customer service. This company kniws the value of excellence in communication. They go above and beyond which really puts one at ease.

really good condition and really good price! I do wonder about the battery health, I wish there was an option to have a new battery. I have nothing to compare the battery to though and it's fine.
