I ordered the item on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Phone looked brand new- no marks (I purchased Excellent condition). Super easy set up process and so far so good. Everything about the pone seems new and you would never tell it was refurbished. Love the peace of mind of the 1 year warranty. I will 100% recommend back market to my family when we are in need of another phone.

My first purchase from Back Market and won't be the last! As soon as it arrived (about 3 days), I opened to find my phone neatly placed inside and great packing material. I was overall impressed with the quality of the device and has not given me any issues whatsoever. I will be looking forward to my next purchase! I love that this exists and such a great way to keep e-waste down! I will be continuing to go here for all refurbished devices.

Came out in excellent conditions, 3 days to come in. Would recommend doing a 2 year warranty if you can to get the most out of the device since foldable phones (especially refurbished ones) tend to have a problem or two at some point later down the line, otherwise fantastic product and I like the offers for keeping the device for longer.

I ordered the galaxy z flip4 256gb dark purple, I was very excited to receive it earlier than expected, I set it up with my network and I am so happy it worked immediately, I tried 2nd hand phones before, but all disappointments, I am so glad I found you Back Market, you guys rule, the phones are practically brand new, and ran like new, very very satisfied, I will be shopping from you again whenever I want an upgrade. Got my order in today. It looked great on arrival, upon inspection the phones hinge was a bit “used” but that’s just normal for a refurbished phone. For an excellent phone, I was expecting the sides to have minimal scratches/wear but it did have a few more to my liking. That’s fine though you get what you pay for. I did notice though, the phone for being in excellent condition is very much way more used than a typical excellent “like new” phone I would buy. I do love the ZFLIP though, so im gonna use it as my daily driver and see what happens! And if anything I know the limited warranty has my back.

Back Market is a safe and fast way to buy. I saved hundreds on my order of my Samsung Fold 3. I received my cell phone in like new condition and will buy from Back Market again. If you have any problems with your item or order there customer service is fast and quick to solve any issues, great job I am very satisfied with everything.

I reordered this phone again after my original one broke on the hinge, but I am still thoroughly satisfied with the sleek, slender design and throwback fold of a flip phone, as well as how much more internal storage there is conpared to a standard Samsung or Android

Very pleased so far, been setting it up for the past 6 hours almost. The things I noticed immediately were that there was no sim ejector tool, good thing I had a spare, and that the camera was pretty dirty, theres this hair somehow between the camera and the outside that I can't pull out. But besides the dirtyness, when opening it for the first time the plastic was kidna loud, I assume because it hasn't been open for awhile. But I was given the correct 512GB Black model, and so far its been great! The screen is so bright and vivid, and jeez I didn't think samsung could reinvent the fun I had when I first got a phone. Ill make sure to come back to this post if anything bad happens with the phone within the 1 year warranty.

Received my Samsung Z Fold 4 a couple weeks ago. it was shipped quickly and other than a couple very small scratches on the back it looks new. It looks good and works good. That's all I ask. It's my 3rd buy from bm and my goto place for electronics.
