It came quickly but with a teeny-tiny scratch on the screen. I was concerned about it until I realized that the battery is 100% capacity! This seller went above and beyond, in my scared adventure to purchase a pre-owned phone. The site sent me an email several days ahead of arrival with step-by-step instructions on how to set up the phone. If someone like me can do it, you can too. Highly recommended! was super nervous ordering from here -- saw a lot of reddit threads saying not to buy from back market. but i did anyways and was honestly surprised and impressed with everything! i got an iphone 14 pro in excellent quality and it came in like 4 days and looked almost brand new! only issue is it looks there's a piece of dust or hair stuck on the camera behind the screen and it bugs me but i'll get used to it since it's not actually impacting the camera. battery is at 90% which is nice :) the top of the phone had a scratch but honestly i didn't even notice until writing this review. either way i love my new phone and will buy in the future!

The iPhone 14 Pro came in awesome condition! Literally no scratches on the phone whatsoever. The only downside is the front camera/selfie mode has a pink circle in the background. When I snap a selfie, you can see the pink circle in my images. The main reason why I bought this phone was primarily for pictures. It's definitely a bummer that the camera is defective. I'm hoping they cover this under warranty, until I get the camera fixed, I will change the review to 5 stars as soon as possible.

I love it 10/10. Mint condition, no visible scratches on the iPhone 14 pro. Works well. EXCELLENT BATTERY. It did arrive dead but once I charged it up, worked perfectly. Ive purchased 3 iPhones from back market. This is the only reputable seller I trust. Excellent customer service. Definitely doing the planet and the world a huge favor. I always purchase unlocked phones and have yet to experience an issue.

The experience was fast shipping was fast I’m trading a phone in that was easy , however I feel like you can definitely tell it’s a refurbished phone my phone gets hotter then my phone I traded in .

The phone arrived with the Display being an unknown/unrecognized device. I would have expected that when the phone was repaired it would have been replaced with a genuine Apple display. The generic displays are known to have issues down the line and even though I have purchased additional insurance on this phone, the hassle of having to ship my phone somewhere and being without it for however long it would take is not what I expected after spending what I did.

My experience with back market was very good however something is not right with the screen of the phone. I had a very difficult time getting the glass screen protector to stick…I tried 3 times each time with a new protector. Unfortunately it still has large bubbles in it. I’ve never had this issue before.

First of all the phone is perfect, no scratches, flaws and the battery is just as stated. Exactly as described. However, after purchasing several phones from Back Market this one was sent without being in factory default setup. So the first step of setting up, turn on and start the transfer from my old phone could not be completed. Since I don’t do this for a living, I had to research how to get out of the mess. Wasn’t what I expected.
