I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding. I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max from Back Market and I have had it for almost a month now and there have been no problems! There are no scratches on the front glass. The cameras work excellent there are no scratches on the back. They use genuine refurbished parts. All of my parts are from Apple nowhere does it say in my settings that there is an unfamiliar or unrecognized part. The only thing I would have to mention is when I charge my phone. It seems to get really warm. I don’t know if that is a product thing or a refurbished thing. I did some research and it does say that the iPhone 15 Pro Max did get pretty warm when charging. Other than that, the phone works excellent. I am satisfied.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I’m compelled to write one. It’s my first time using backmarket to purchase a refurbished phone for my Mom as a xmas gift. I opted for the excellent condition. Honestly, I was thinking twice to make a purchase thru backmarket because of the mixed reviews that I’ve extensively read, especially the words “brittle screen display” “non-genuine parts installed” such and such. But since, backmarket offers 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy, it’s a no brainer. Thus, I went ahead and made the purchase. The iPhone 14 Pro arrived quick and upon examining it more thoroughly, it’s basically flawless like brand new just like you get from apple, other than 85% battery life (which I’m about to get replaced by apple anyway). I have received my MacBook Pro in a fair state, with a battery level of around 90% and 204 cycles. Initially, I was unable to use Apple Pay due to modified computer security. When attempting to update the system to the latest 2024 sequoia update, the interface displayed in Russian lettering. To resolve this, I installed a fresh iOS program and was then able to update the system. Although the battery is in good condition, there are some minor scratches and dings on the device. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with the product. a while back though I did order a 2013 MacBook from Back Market refurbished products are worth the money and then on top of that if you feel like you need to add a extended warranty, it never hurts

I loved the product and its quality, also got the item delivered earlier than expected. It was very economical, as I got an iPhone 15 pro 512 GB for just $904, and that to in excellent condition. Also, I got Battery health at 100%, moreover phone still has an active Apple warranty. I am not sure if after refurbishing the phone it is still water resistant or not, and so I wouldn't risk it. The charging cable is not original and very small in length. Rest everything is awesome and I love it. I checked the Antutu and Geek bench benchmark scores, they were a little lower side from the actual score but I guess that is due to the low charging and background applications.

Very happy with my refurbished Apple Watch Series 7! The appearance is like new, it looks great, and is much faster than my old Series 4. The battery health is 88% - I was hoping it might be higher - but it makes it through the day OK. Paid $175 and the cost to replace the battery on my old watch was going to be $99 so it made send to spend a little more and upgrade. Glad I did.

Exchanged a Samsung Galaxy S9 for a Samsung Galaxy S23. I came across Back Market in an article and after checking them and many other refurbished electronics suppliers I felt completely comfortable to take a chance. The order process itself was very easy and product shipped/arrived as promised. The staff picks were helpful in deciding on what to get as well. I had no problem setting up the phone myself thru my current carrier Verizon. ALL data transferred successfully.
