    Exterior of laptop was pristine. Display was not as advertised. Advertisement was for 3840x2160. Delivered item has 1920x1080 @ 360 (still good though). Chassis fans were incredibly dirty and clogged causing the system to run above 70 degrees. Had the clean them and provide new paste while in upgrading the storage and ram. So please ensure refurbished means refurbished.

    I have had my laptop a little over a month. It came in almost brand new condition and was wrapped carefully and neatly in the box in came in. I really enjoy my laptop. My only issue is that the screen will randomly go black and I am forced to restart my laptop. I think this might be a design flaw with Lenovo because when I looked it up a lot of people were referring to it as the "black screen of death". Outside of this I have no issues

The laptop was received within a week and came in the original manufacturer's packaging. The laptop looks new, unused, without any defects or issues.     The only thing that I have a problem with is that I picked it up by the bottom once a few days into having it and the entire screen went black and green glitchy. We had to force shut it off and it hasn’t done it since. I’m a bit worried, but it’s completely fine otherwise. I need it and don’t have time to send it back and trouble shoot because I need it for school.

    Laptop was packed amazingly, bubble wrap sleeve for the laptop and a thick outer layer of normal bubble wrap so the laptop would not move. Was actually hard to remove the laptop out from its padding that good, I don’t know if this is something I just missed but I would have loved a air compressor blow on the laptop before being sent it had weird yellow chunks at the bottom like a crusty almost yellow chunks and some stuff in the keyboard not a deal breaker but if you have to things or allergies I would suggest having a loved one open up your package and clean it for you to avoid a problem other then that the laptop is in great condition and works well.

The only issues are that the plastic in the corner of where it hides the hinge for the screen is loose but still intact and that when I use my laptop in a new wifi and return to the old wifi i have to restart the laptop so it can connect the wifi

    Everything was great on Back Markets end, however, I am not too thrilled that for some reason everytime I exit a game after about 30 seconds the screen goes black, I cant do anything for about 2 minutes until it just shuts off at which point I can turn it back on. 🙃
