Totally satisfied with my refurbished 2018 Mac Mini. I have a home recording studio that needs a pretty powerful computer. Brand new Macs or Minis that have the specs I need are just too expensive when you’re on a tight budget. Thankfully, Backmarket had an excellent condition 2018 Mac Mini with all the power requirements I needed at a great price. Don’t be scared to buy from Backmarket.

The Mac mini I ordered was in the exact condition I expected. Has worked great so far and even upgraded to an NVMe with little difficulty. Currently serving its purpose as a headless local iCloud backup server and doing great! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from BackMarket or this refurbisher again. This was the second purchase I've made through BackMarket and both have been successful; the first was an iPhone 6si, purchased in 2018, which I still use in my office to play music through YouTube music and home wifi, since I've upgraded to an iPhone 13mini as my main phone. So far, I've been pleased with the purchase of the Mac mini 3.2 GHz 512gb - 32GB refurbished machine. Although, I questioned whether I should have purchased the same unit with 64GB of memory since I use a lot of applications, most of them being Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, I've been surprisingly pleased with the performance I'm getting from just 32GB of memory. Recently, I upgraded to the newest Mac OS, Sonoma, 14.3.1 and everything runs flawlessly. Overall, I've been very pleased with my purchase through BackMarket. There are other refurbished items I've seen on the site that I plan to purchase in time. The ability to use Affirm to loan me funds for the Mac mini purchase and future purchases is a super added bonus!

So far so good. Purchased a Mac Mini as for my home machine..runs solid, condition purchased was true..packaged well...delivery was quick. My only complaint is that the cord given to you is quite short and barely reaches an outlet compared to a genuine apple power cord. Not a huge hang up for me..i just bought one online for 15 bucks. Problem solved.

beware to upgrade to windows 11 even 10 is a struggle it took apple support and bypass software but I was finally able to upgrade to 10 then used a bypass software to eventually get 11 to pass the 2.0security chip, great pc after all said an done, runs like its factory, the biggest struggle was getting the Mac OS to update to Catilina which we and a manager from apple downloaded the latest software from some private apple site and then used usb to hotspot to connect Wi-Fi because the outdated drivers and etc wouldn’t let me connect to internet, then are problem was having to update the os through the iTunes which the apple site fixed and also later update catilina fixed overall it’s a great price for very capable machine upgrade it to 16g of ram ddr3 and swap the 500 for 1-tb ssd swap the intel Hd4000 for a UHD Intel integrated graphics and it’s a powerhouse

For the price I expected some wear and tear, there was some, none that effects performance. I had to upgrade and update to the newest MacOS. Shipping was quick over the holidays with FedEx. The only downsides were the item didn’t come with a power cable so I had to buy one, and it had not been updated for a long time which took some time to figure out and remedy the situation.
