    I am so happy to receive my order!!!. my Google Pixel 6 Pro. for $316.00. The phone actually came 2 days early. it is such a beautiful phone. I picked the "good" feature for a hot deal. It looked better was perfect when I pulled it from the box, which was packed securely, no worries for me.. I did my purchase after 6 months searching from my phone to my new one. It couldn't have come at a better time. I say "new" because, nobody could ever tell it was refurbished. l products have a unbelievable 1 YR warranty...     Had a great experience!! This seller shipped out the phone so fast and it arrived literally the next day! The phone is in excellent condition, just like described! It runs so smoothly. The only small issue I've noticed so far has been on 2 separate calls, it will sound muffled every now and then between words. But honestly can't tell if it's the phone or the network connection. But regardless, it's in great condition for refurbished! Would absolutely order more electronics from Back Market and this seller!

    First time buying on here and a refurbished item in general. Delivery process was shaky at the start with FedEx marking the package as "delivered" though I never received anything until two days later. Luckily, customer service was quick to be on top of the case and ensure I received the package. The phone itself is in remarkable condition with no issues. The fingerprint scanner works, connects to data/wifi/Bluetooth, set up barely took 10 mins, and no issues with the camera. Only saw one small scratch on the back, but other than that the phone is flawless. I would recommend purchasing on here, but going for excellent quality is a must unless you like taking risks.

    This was my second attempt at buying this phone. The first one I sent back because it wouldn't charge normally. This one arrived with the microphone not working. I eventually figured out that the microphone port at the bottom of the phone was clogged up with dirt, and I managed to clean it up enough to get it working again. Surely this would be a standard thing to check when refurbishing a phone to resell it. Otherwise, the phone seems fine.

    Coming from a Pixel 4a and upgrading to a 7 Pro is a very solid upgrade for me. I had never before purchased a refurbished smartphone, and so I was apprehensive even with a recommendation from a colleague. But I'm very pleased with this purchase and with the money that I saved! The battery life is amazing and I wouldn't know it was not a brand new battery. It lasts for ages compared to my old phone's battery that got wore out. I barely remember that it is a refurbished phone. This is a blessing!

    The phone is great, back market is great, but the refurbisher, Electrodealz Inc, not so much. Had the phone for about 5 months, the battery started swelling, causing the screen to unglue. It was still under warranty so I sent it back. I followed the directions to wipe the phone, using the offline directions as I was afraid to power up the phone with a swollen battery. Apparently I didn't wipe it correctly, because they immediately sent it back with no communication from them because "your phone is locked [with] pin/pattern." Why do they need to get into the phone to replace the battery anyway? Seems like a convenient excuse to me. I should have just gone with my gut and bought the kit on ifixit and done it myself, which is what I'm going to do now. The Backmarket part of the return/warranty process was very easy and painless though, so I'll give them that, though I do wish I could talk to the seller directly.

    I was honestly pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, obviously there's a much greater risk than buying new (with the plus side of price). I was also scared of bot reviews boosting the stats. However, I am incredibly satisfied with my Pixel 7. I got the excellent option and both the screen and back were perfect. The battery life seems as good as new and everything else works perfectly. The only small complaint is there was a little bit of dirt around the camera, but I cleaned it up in 30 seconds. Always remember refurbished can be risky, but I am very satisfied.
