Refurbished iPhone 15 Plus

So far so good. The quality is way better than my previous phone which was 11 pro that I purchased from BackMarket as well. The only thing is that I wish with refurbished phone we knew that which part of the device had been refurbished

I ordered the phone in ‘Excellent’ condition and that is exactly what I got. No scratches, 100% battery health and working perfectly. This was my first time ordering a refurbished phone and BackMarket did not disappoint. Definitely won’t be my last time.

I love backmarket and recommend it to everyone who mentions they need to upgrade their phones. I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone15 in pink, in good condition and unlocked. The phone looks good as new and came with a charger. I will use backmarket for all my iPhone upgrades.

Phone looked new, exactly as expected. No issues at all and shipment as expected. FYI on refurbished phones, the backmarket default warranty does not cover water! You have to buy the extra warranty to cover it even if the phone was water rated when new. This phone is a result of learning that the hard way...

Ordered Verizon locked device in Good cond. Device arrived as stated, worked and looked perfect however when attempting to activate with Verizon, they stated that it was obtained by refurbisher before it was paid off and they could not activate. It would be helpful if the EMEI num were part of the technical information. needed it for my kid before they went off to uni.

I'm amazed, I was skeptical with a refurbished phone. ordered this in "good" condition and it has a tiny unseen scratch on the screen and the rest of the phone is flawless! highly recommend to anyone to use this company! THANK YOU!

Not happy with the trade in part of the experience, acted like my old phone would be worth 217.00 in trade but then I received an email saying something was wrong with the phone and you would give me 39.00 that seems to me to be an awful lot less, I have ask for my phone back, was counting on the trade value.

There was a scuff on the side. And a deep scratch on the front by the Face ID camera. Will have to accept it. Ordered a phone in Good condition and it wasn’t. This was Excellent condition order but looked more like Good condition.

In such good condition i was a little apprehensive at first but as soon as I came it was perfect i was nervous abt it being locked with tmobil it may have a problem with my account but it didn’t at all just restart your phone after the sim is transferred so iMessage and FaceTime work!!
