At first, I was kinda suspicious about buying a phone here since i’ve never bought a refurbished phone and all the other apps had bad reviews. I’m glad I trusted this app because my phone came in excellent condition just like I had chosen. It was extremely easy to connect it with my carrier and get it running. I’m so in love with this phone and the price. I would 100% buy from here again.

Well it’s working so far, I just got it today. But for the price of “excellent” that I paid I expected it to have less scratches than that…yes it is refurbished phone but it is relatively new as iphone15 plus but I can definitely tell the previous owner was rough with it.

Wow I’m shocked like wow I feel like I literally bought this from apple itself I bought this in excellent condition and let me tell you that’s just how it came no scratches and literally brand new screen is beautiful and back is beautiful what a upgrade from a iPhone 8plus I love the iPhone 15 plus what was I missing I did have an issue with shipping but they literally was right on it the whole way great customer service

I received my Iphone 15 plus in good time. I picked "Good" condition and it surpassed my expectations. Only a scratch at the back but the screen was flawless, this is good enough as i've already put a case and protector. The Battery health was at 92% which is sufficient and everything works well so far. Thank you Back Market

Phone came in great condition, almost new and essentially perfect for a “good” quality refurbished phone. Came with an apple braided cable that comes with the phone. Only noticeable mark on the phone is a very small scratch on the screen that is barely noticeable. Overall, great phone and arrived fairly quickly.

My iPhone 15 Plus arrived in 2 days, which was sooner than promised, via FeEx 2-day service, even on a Saturday. Beautiful phone; pristine condition, just like my two previous iPhone 8 Plus’ I got several years ago (and which still worked flawlessly when I traded in one of them for this 15 Plus). Direct phone-to-phone set-up from my 8 Plus worked as promised, using helpful YouTube video aids. The battery health was acceptable at 92%. All apps, photos, and functionality work as expected. So far so good. The quality is way better than my previous phone which was 11 pro that I purchased from BackMarket as well. The only thing is that I wish with refurbished phone we knew that which part of the device had been refurbished

I ordered the phone in ‘Excellent’ condition and that is exactly what I got. No scratches, 100% battery health and working perfectly. This was my first time ordering a refurbished phone and BackMarket did not disappoint. Definitely won’t be my last time.

I love backmarket and recommend it to everyone who mentions they need to upgrade their phones. I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone15 in pink, in good condition and unlocked. The phone looks good as new and came with a charger. I will use backmarket for all my iPhone upgrades.
