Refurbished Laptop i9

My wife and I had our doubts about buying a laptop for so cheap from an online seller but we could not be happier with the product. The laptop arrived in perfect condition and if I did not know that it was refurbished I would have thought it was fresh off the shelf. Every part of it runs perfectly and I am thrilled that I decided to give this service and seller a chance. I will absolutely be coming back in the future for all of my electronic needs.

I'm extremely pleased with my laptop. It's a bit on the heavy side, more suited for a man but I have come to overlook that. It works smoothly. The exterior is great, I didn't find any scratches. You can't tell that it's refurbished. This is my third laptop purchase from Back Market and I don't have any complaints. The other 2 laptops are working excellently. Overall I am extremely impressed and pleased with my purchases from Back Market, so far its been 2 phones and 3 laptops.

It’s a good product I just feel that well you know it’s refurbished but all in all good product. Good shipping times. And just really happy. When I mean you know it’s refurbished. Idk if it’s for every laptop but the fans you can hear them a lot. Also the ports are scratched but that’s it. For fair condition that’s good!!!

WOW! It looks and feels NEW. Types like a new laptop, even the stickers look new! I LOVE it!!! Package wasn't the original but it was absolutely padded better than my old Lenovo laptop when that shipped years ago. I'm THRILLED. The supplier was 2ndbazaar. I looked at similar laptops in 'good' condition for $50 less, but I splurged on the 'excellent' condition laptop and I'm SO GLAD that I did. I almost can't believe that this is a refurbished? Did it sit on a shelf for 2 years? Power supply works perfectly (Lenovo power supply are sometimes the first point of failure on their products). It was ready to start EXACTLY like a new laptop setting my preferences, letting me name it and set my PIN exactly like a new laptop when I turned it on. Are all your refurbished laptops set to do this when they first start? I rarely gush with praise. I'm normally very critical (I have a law degree) but I couldn't be happier. Arrived in just a few days. No personal info from prior owner. This feels like a new laptop at 65% off. I recommend 2ndBazaar as a supplier to trust on Back Market to buy a refurbished laptop. Shipped faster than expected, refurbished unit was like new, great computer with plenty of memory speed and power for business and personal use and no issues at all so far.

Product is marketed as a 2020 model laptop. It was also marketed as being non-touch screen. 2 details that were misrepresented. I confirmed with Dell that this laptop was only manufactured in 2018. I dug deeper and confirmed that this specific laptop was shipped in 2019. The product was misrepresented by the seller. I would avoid this seller as they are misrepresenting their products, and not repsonsive to inquiries by customers or backmarket. Backmarket refuses to offer a partial refund. The laptop is in "very good" condition as advertised, and I may have gotten lucky. There's no reason to return the laptop as it is in working order. Backmarket's best approach (after the seller became nonresponsive to inquiries regarding the age of the laptop) was to offer a 5% discount on a future purchase to rectify the situation. However, returning the laptop would mean I would have to engage in another risky transaction on this website. It seems Backmarket does not vet their sellers properly, and does not monitor listings for accuracy and misrepresentations.

Great laptop - incredibly fast (both the shipping and the computer's processing). A little confused because I ordered the cheaper of the 2 listings specifically because I didn't want a touchscreen, but received the version with the touchscreen. Not complaining/not worth returning - and would highly recommend!

Good machine with features beyond what was in the description. There was an issue with connecting to the internet which turned out to be a hardware malfunction. Backmarket took care of the problem quickly and properly. Easy and Good stuff

Got the excellent condition. This laptop is very nice especially for it's price. It's also touchscreen which is a little bonus since the specifications listed that it wasnt. Also comes with charging cable and package came two days after ordered
