I love my laptop I got it to do my business taxes and basic business stuff I do a lot with pictures so the memory is a plus I own it 5 mnts now and it works great the battery needs work but it’s to be expected for this model I actually think it works better then I expected so not disappointed

I got the Fair condition since it was in my budget and I didn't really care for aesthetics over functionality. It came with a few scratches as mentioned but nothing I minded, especially since I got a clear case that I have covered with stickers of places I've visited since! I didn't expect the laptop to have a Touch Bar which I have now been spoiled with for inputing passwords and I don't know if I can go back. One negative thing I have found is that the battery life isn't as long as I would like, but it's likely because I almost never shut down my computer. It also came with a charger and everything works smoothly. And with [Control+Space] I can switch between English and Español keyboards with ease! The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but everything was still intact.

Works amazing, but it gets warm really fast. It rarely gets too hot to be a concern and the fan doesn’t come on but after about 15 minutes the bottom is warm. Other than that it’s an amazing laptop with no scratches or serious issues.

The first laptop they sent had scratches beyond the grade I had paid for but it wasn't a hassle to get it sent back and get sent a new one. Lovely purchase! I got it in fair condition, and it looks brand spanking new! I as expected i5 but got i7 so that was a surprise! I thought it would be bigger since it said 13.3, but its just 13 in, which isn't the worst. Overall, great purchase! Hopefully it lasts.
