Could not be happier with my Backmarket experience. This is actually my second time using the site because my first experience was amazing as well. I love the phone however the fingerprint feature doesn't work. I don't have the option of sending back to have it repaired so just living without that feature. It's kind of a bummer because I like the security that offers. My Gmail is also not notifying me when new emails come through. I've tried all the setting options and uninstalling/reinstalling still not improved. Other than that the phone is working fine and functions as expected.
