Truly impressed with the device I received. The condition was really good and the only thing I could see was some barely noticeable cosmetic scratches on the screen that were only visible when the light catches it. Saved me a huge amount of money to purchase refurbished and I'm so pleased that I did.

Yes! The condition of this phone is excellent. I first ordered this phone with Best buy ( Geek Squad certified refurbished). Had to return it 3 times with damaged screens. I gave up and ordered from here, got a better price and a fantastic condition phone. I will buy from here again!

I purchased a Google pixel 7 pro, good condition. It arrived on time, packaged well, and condition was extremely good. Minor scuffing on the plate surrounding the lenses, but otherwise perfect. Battery life has been excellent. I purchased this for my 17 years old son and he's very pleased.

I'm surprised that by ordering refurbished can save money but it's best to really consider the previous damage to the phone. The shipping hiccoughs we're caused by the order leaving off the address number and it went from 2 day to 4 so I picked it up at the FedEx DC. My biggest gripe is the very large scratch down the center of the screen. There's a smaller one near the top center. This doesn't effect the use of the phone it does look bad even with the screen protector covering it as arrived. So "Fair" means scratches on the screen dead center and I'd better pay more for Good or Excellent lesson learned. The back of the phone is fairly newish with only small gouge marks on the trim and not affecting the lens at all. That's a mercy.
