I'm delighted with this refurbished Pixel, and happy to have saved some serious dough on the purchase! I have only bought new phones in the past, but my daughter recommended this source, and I will definitely consider using Backmarket again in future!

I waited more than a month after receiving my Google Pixel 7a before writing this review. I live the trial period Backmarket gives to get comfortable with the new phone and really use it to see if any problems arise. So far so good, I don't know what the issues, if any, were before the purchase but everything seems to be working as it should it should. I get an occasional glitch with certain apps but I think those are app issues. I did my homework on this phone and for the condition Backmarket beat every other sites price point. It arrived just as described and Backmarket was sent clear instructions on setup right out of the box and have been good about checking in to make sure everything is working well. This is actually the 3rd phone I've purchased from them, I also bought one apple for my daughter and one for her boyfriend and a couple years ago and both of those still work great too. I think this is a company that truly cares about doing their part to recycle and while delivering a great service and customer service. I won't ever ever by a brand new phone again because of that. Keep doing what y'all are doing. It's win win for everyone!! Thanks for letting me respond....

product was as described. was a Google store unit as described. The unit I received still had 99% battery life. Factory defect was discovered (Under display finger print sensor) is not placed correctly. It's actually at a 45° angle. Which makes it inoperable in certain conditions. Another thing is this unit has RF issues. There are times when the radio is unresponsive and I have to dial *#*#4636#*#* and turn the radio off and back on for it to function correctly. (Even a reboot doesn't fix it)

Finally, I've received the product and in the condition I payed for it in here on this app. First time I did this via app, I got a whole different phone in a whole different color, and in condition not matching what I payed for. I was refunded thankfully and this time around, it worked smoothly

I had read a lot of negative reviews of Back Market on reddit and other places, but I am pretty happy with the seller I got paired with, Pegasus Mobile. I picked the cheapest option "fair" and received a Pixel 7a with a slight squiggly scratch on the screen near the camera pinhole, but is only really noticeable when the light hits it right and the screen is showing black. The battery status seems fine, I have accubattery running to hopefully give me an estimate in the future.

I'm very pleased with my new phone! I've been a Pixel user for three phones, now, and love them. I knew I wanted the coral 7a from the moment it released. I finally have one! I also only paid half price for it - and got a trade-in value from my old phone, which I also bought used from BackMarket! I'm pleased with every purchase, so far, from BM and will definitely be continuing to buy phones this way.
