1st attempt ordering a phone for my daughter for Christmas. Expected a good phone with a perfect screen and minimal scratches on the body. The screen was severely scratched with deep scratches. Returned at tried again upgrading to excellent condition, 2nd phone was also very scratched on the screen (which was supposed to be perfect) and had large chips on the corners. Ow my daughter will not get her gift until after Christmas and I will be shopping somewhere else.
