I can't tell the difference between this and a brand new device. no lag, great battery, under microscopic investigation I can't spot a single scratch or scuff. Very pleased with my purchase (which I received 2 days after I ordered it so shipping speed was amazing as well). Thank you!

so the phone is in great condition, I only saw 1 scratch near the charging port. my only "complaint" is the battery, I would have paid for a new battery to be installed but the whole website was out when I placed my order. Also I did have to factory reset the phone when I first opened the box because it was already turned on.

It was my first purchase on Black Market. Excellent! My order arrived in excellent condition. No visible scratches. Battery has been good till now but will need more days to confirm.If this is with all the product, why would anyone go to other places?

As someone who doesn't like purchasing new phones, BackMarket is where it's at. It is honest about the quality you choose. Everything on my phone is perfect besides the few scratches on the screen. It makes me feel like I've had it for years already. I will definitely be a returning customer!
