Very happy with the phone but there was no WiFi Calling prompt. Have family plan with Verizon and all other phones on the plan the prompt is there. Contacted Verizon numerous times and did not get resolved, they seemed perplexed. Contacted Samsung tech, again not resolved. Is there anything that you know could resolve this issue, would appreciate it.

Arrived in the time stated at purchase. It came in a plain white box with a USB-c charger and a tool to open the SIM tray. The phone is in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier with that. I was a little bit worried at unpacking and powering up as I kept having issues with the samsung UI a couple Google searches later I am up running with a cool and super functional device. Remember it will be factory reset so you have to get your app store shopping on. All said and done, great experience and Black Market has a beliver in me!

My youngest wanted a phone like mine (galaxy s20) and he got a 21 from back market. My phone came quickly and was packaged with no extra frills which is a bonus, eco friendly! There's light scratches around the lens and charging port but there like from normal wear. I can tell it was in a case and was clean and bubble wrapped very well. Phones are so simple to use now so transferring data from my old phone to the new one was just downloading an app and it took about 3 hours to process! way better than going to a store!
