I love my new Samsung S21 FE phone, even though it's hard to find a case and screen protector for it in stores it works perfectly and it has not a scratch or dent on it. I will definitely buy from back market again in the future & my fiancé is going to buy from them too. Thanks a bunch!

Very happy with the phone but there was no WiFi Calling prompt. Have family plan with Verizon and all other phones on the plan the prompt is there. Contacted Verizon numerous times and did not get resolved, they seemed perplexed. Contacted Samsung tech, again not resolved. Is there anything that you know could resolve this issue, would appreciate it.

Arrived in the time stated at purchase. It came in a plain white box with a USB-c charger and a tool to open the SIM tray. The phone is in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier with that. I was a little bit worried at unpacking and powering up as I kept having issues with the samsung UI a couple Google searches later I am up running with a cool and super functional device. Remember it will be factory reset so you have to get your app store shopping on. All said and done, great experience and Black Market has a beliver in me!

Phone is in excellent condition. No known issues thus far. Happy with charging/data transfer and ease of connecting to my network. Would highly recommend purchasing from Back Market to family and friends.

2nd time I've bought a phone from back market. I bought them for my sons. My oldest still has and uses his iphone and it has been problem free. My youngest wanted a phone like mine (galaxy s20) and he got a 21 from back market. It's time to replace my phone and though I usually buy new, I'm seriously considering backmarket.com because the experience and quality has been awesome.

I ordered 2 phones for my husband and I and both came in excellent condition and both locked to AT & T, which I was worried about, because we got an unlocked phone before that wouldn't work with our network, but these worked right out of the box, and flawlessly I may add! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely buy again!!

Mostly a good experience and result, but the screen did have a noticeable scratch on it near the camera cutout and this is visible even through the screen protector I installed. It makes me wary of purchasing another used phone that is described as having a flawless screen.

My phone came quickly and was packaged with no extra frills which is a bonus, eco friendly! There's light scratches around the lens and charging port but there like from normal wear. I can tell it was in a case and was clean and bubble wrapped very well. Phones are so simple to use now so transferring data from my old phone to the new one was just downloading an app and it took about 3 hours to process! way better than going to a store!
