Arrived in the time stated at purchase. It came in a plain white box with a USB-c charger and a tool to open the SIM tray. The phone is in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier with that. I was a little bit worried at unpacking and powering up as I kept having issues with the samsung UI a couple Google searches later I am up running with a cool and super functional device. Remember it will be factory reset so you have to get your app store shopping on. All said and done, great experience and Black Market has a beliver in me!

I ordered 2 phones for my husband and I and both came in excellent condition and both locked to AT & T, which I was worried about, because we got an unlocked phone before that wouldn't work with our network, but these worked right out of the box, and flawlessly I may add! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely buy again!!

Mostly a good experience and result, but the screen did have a noticeable scratch on it near the camera cutout and this is visible even through the screen protector I installed. It makes me wary of purchasing another used phone that is described as having a flawless screen.

My phone came quickly and was packaged with no extra frills which is a bonus, eco friendly! There's light scratches around the lens and charging port but there like from normal wear. I can tell it was in a case and was clean and bubble wrapped very well. Phones are so simple to use now so transferring data from my old phone to the new one was just downloading an app and it took about 3 hours to process! way better than going to a store!

Phone works great! Body condition was fine, had a few small scratches and blemishes but I put a case on it anyways. Screen was flawless, no cracks no scratches no nothing! it came unlocked and seems to function perfectly. This is my second time purchasing from back market and I will always be a returning customer.

I bought a phone for my dad. I spent two days getting it ready for him and getting him ready for a change. and then finally I put the sim card in and find it that the phone is on the T-Mobile block list. Now I have to start over with a new phone and my dad thinks I am buying him stolen phones. I just wish someone had checked the IMEI of the phone before selling it.

The price and physical condition are 5/5. But the software and a camera cover issue were 3/5. It arrived and operationally was stuttering, with such a bad touch screen issue that I thought there was a deadspot in the bottom right ~1/6 of the screen. I almost contacted BackMarket for a replacement. Luckily, after several software / OS updates, it seems to be operating and responding to touch normally. Also, the clear cover of the 3rd / bottom camera fell off. Luckily, I saw it and was able to super glue it back in place with no negative effects / vapors / image problems. But it makes me wonder if the phone had been worked on / repaired and makes me nervous about the other camera covers. Finally, I bought a single SIM version, but the model number of the phone in "setings > about" is SM-G990U1/DS, that DS I believe means dual sim. But opening the tray, it appears there is only room for 1 SIM, so ... I don't know. That's odd. As long as there are no other issues going forward and it keeps performing well, this is a solid 4/5 experience overall.

The phone works as good as any brand new phone! Which is, of course, what one would hope for when purchasing a refurbished phone. It's exactly what was expected and hoped for with no complaint.
