The phone works as good as any brand new phone! Which is, of course, what one would hope for when purchasing a refurbished phone. It's exactly what was expected and hoped for with no complaint.

Mostly a good experience and result, but the screen did have a noticeable scratch on it near the camera cutout and this is visible even through the screen protector I installed. It makes me wary of purchasing another used phone that is described as having a flawless screen.

My phone came quickly and was packaged with no extra frills which is a bonus, eco friendly! There's light scratches around the lens and charging port but there like from normal wear. I can tell it was in a case and was clean and bubble wrapped very well. Phones are so simple to use now so transferring data from my old phone to the new one was just downloading an app and it took about 3 hours to process! way better than going to a store!

Arrived in the time stated at purchase. It came in a plain white box with a USB-c charger and a tool to open the SIM tray. The phone is in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier with that. I was a little bit worried at unpacking and powering up as I kept having issues with the samsung UI a couple Google searches later I am up running with a cool and super functional device. Remember it will be factory reset so you have to get your app store shopping on. All said and done, great experience and Black Market has a beliver in me!

Phone works great! Body condition was fine, had a few small scratches and blemishes but I put a case on it anyways. Screen was flawless, no cracks no scratches no nothing! it came unlocked and seems to function perfectly. This is my second time purchasing from back market and I will always be a returning customer.

I purchased a Premium phone specifically for the battery which is for heavy duty use. It was at 100% at 6am, i went to work and used the phone minimally and at 427pm I am at 61% with only one phone call made. I'm a little disappointed in that the battery is not as described. Otherwise, the phone is great, as if it was new, the only issue is the battery. Definitely not happy about that.

got the excellent phone, it was in a good condition when it arrived. obv has a rundown battery and heats up which this model is notorious for, still a very pretty and fast phone. only has a little crack near the camera, everything still works flawless. will buy again fosho

Experience from start to finish was fantastic! I'm not one to write a long drawn-out review so I'm going to keep this very concise. First of all, I am not a very technologically savvy person and I was able to set my phone up myself without customer care when I received it! Everything has been simple and the price could not be beat anywhere, and I shopped around. I will definitely be coming back to do more business with this website and I will also be referring friends and family!!

The phone came well packed and delivered on time. The phone was in the condition described and the battery status reports as normal and lasts all day for my usage. The software version was Samsung One UI 5.1 which was not the current version. The software update option in the system settings would not work as the phone was originally on AT&T and is now on Visible. I did some research and found the Samsung Smart Switch program could be installed on a PC and used to update the phone software. I was able to update the phone to Samsung One UI 6.1.
