Refurbisher warranty is included in every purchase on Back Market. This warranty only covers defects and functionality issues. With BackUp protection plans, you get additional coverage and perks after the warranty expires.
How do I report a claim?
You can report your claim to Bolt within 30 calendar days of the date you became aware of the issue.
Can I cancel my BackUp protection plan?
If you cancel your order within 30 days, you will receive a full refund on your protection plan if you haven’t used it.
