I bought a pair of Bose headphones and when they arrived they wouldn't even turn on. Why sell an item claiming it's been professionally refurbished and not even check to see if it turns on? I sent them back for repair but didn't hear anything from BM or the seller as to status or next steps. Just noticed it had been quietly refunded.
All is good. Thank you.
They are not the same as the original yet they are very good.
Will keep buying from you people. Keep up the good job.

The warranty is a scam. Please avoid this seller and back market at all costs. My headphones were so poorly refurbished that a panel just straightly fell off. The seller and back market said this is out of warranty because the item was broken. I mean, why would I need warranty if it is not broken? Basically the policy is that if the item is broken, you don't get warranty.
The item depicted in your advertisement and in this request for review is the Bose Hearphone Hearing Aids, and that is what I intended to purchase. The item delivered to me is not Bose Hearphones Hearing Aid but Bose Quiet Comfort Bluetooth Headphones (no external microphones to pickup ambient sound to function as an aid to hearing for the wearer). My interaction with your customer service so far has not provided resolution, only suggesting I return the item and trust I will receive a refund. I believe the misrepresentation was intentional to mislead the purchaser to purchase the lesser product for a higher price, and therefore have no confidence your organization or your supplier will refund my money after I return the inferior merchandise. If you will first refund my money, I will then return the merchandise. Otherwise, from me you will only get negative reviews and my social media recommendations to avoid doing any business with you.
