Got it and it works great. Despite some of the images that shows the PS5 Slim, it is just the standard PS5. Which is completely fine since they have no technical differences. It came with a controller, its own HDMI (doesn’t support 4K), charging cable, and power cable. Doesn’t come with a stand which is unfortunate. Not sure if it just got bad luck or that’s how they all are. The PS5 looks amazing and it’s a beast of a console. I got it in the excellent condition and I noticed TINY paint peeling on the sides near the bottom. Also the barcode on the bottom is all scratched out. Other than very tiny peels and chips, it works great, and amazing. This is the second time ordering from Back Market, and still haven’t been disappointed. The only thing I do have a complaint for is that it was three days late (not shipper’s fault), and the shipper pays for the “signature required”, so when buying make sure someone is home or you can leave work or school early. As you can’t remove that or have it digitally signed (at least through USPS). I also ordered the 1TB but got a 600 GB one. This is my 5th purchase with backmarket and I have been impressed every turn. The switch came with everything I could have needed including the wrist clips for the joycons. I waited to review until I’d had time to see the hard/software for what it truly was being refurbished. Of course the body and controllers had a few noticeable scratches on them but it was all able to be polished up a bit. All in all another great purchase. Thank you backmarket for saving the tech!

They appeared to be in good condition, but one was missing the charger, so I had to spend an extra $20. They were both anonymous gifts to charity, so I did not test them.

I've had the Switch OLED for about 2 weeks now and so far it's been great. Arrived 2 days before it was supposed to. Even without the original box, everything was packed nice and tight. Haven't had any issues with game play, connections, or the controllers. It was listed in Fair condition, but I would put it as Good. Aside from some wear marks near the charging port and two very very small chips in the screen (I can feel them but they're not noticeable in game play), this thing is 10/10.

The description didn’t say anything about what exactly was included. You get a switch, left and right joycons, the controller that you slot the joycons on, the little slides you put on the joycons to use them separately, a dock, a power adapter for the dock, and a USB-A to USB-C cable. My accessories came in pristine condition, with some still in the packaging. The switch and joycons, however, were a little worse for wear. The joysticks in the controllers are loose and rattle around, and the left joycon waggles forwards and backwards when slotted on the switch. I was a little surprised when both controllers worked fine when I started playing games. The switch itself came with a heavily scratched screen, both scratches all over the place and scratches from where the dock rubs against the screen. The screen itself has no defects and there are no dead zones in the digitizer. The buttons on the switch, the USB-C port, the game card reader and the SD card reader all work. There are also scratches all over the switch body, and one corner was chipped off, which didn’t really affect usability. One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

Console works great. I’ve had very few issues and ported games from other consoles run on it pretty well too. From how much it cost in comparison to the performance of the console (not even accounting for the environmental benefit from buying refurbished products) it’s just an overall great product.
