I have received my MacBook Pro in a fair state, with a battery level of around 90% and 204 cycles. Initially, I was unable to use Apple Pay due to modified computer security. When attempting to update the system to the latest 2024 sequoia update, the interface displayed in Russian lettering. To resolve this, I installed a fresh iOS program and was then able to update the system. Although the battery is in good condition, there are some minor scratches and dings on the device. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with the product. a while back though I did order a 2013 MacBook from Back Market refurbished products are worth the money and then on top of that if you feel like you need to add a extended warranty, it never hurts

Ok so I finally received my IPad & it’s absolutely everything that I thought it would be I was a little throw off by the packaging because I was expecting my original box or something close to it but it comes like it’s a insurance replacement I had to remember tho on the website it does explain that these are refurbished items that range anywhere from FAIR GOOD OR EXCELLENT I ordered excellent I also thought i ordered a gold iPad but it came in silver no biggie but so far original boxing or not by far a great product & works great brand new charger the actual fast block by Apple charger came with this I love it I left plenty of videos & pictures to review & the case first amazing 5stars⭐️

The watch is working really well. It has a few minor scratches, but that’s to be expected since it’s refurbished. I really love it! I’m glad that I bought it. Shipping was fast and actually arrived a day earlier than was anticipated!! I love it.

first time is hearing about back market was back in 2019 so I took a shot in 2021 to buy myself a new phone the OnePlus 7 pro, ( 3 and 1/2 years later phone still holding up very strong ) 3 1/2 years later I decide to buy myself a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop excellent grade so far for the past 24 hours it's been great nothing but great products yeah.... Its may say ( excellent) refurbished but it's like they're taking the old products that can't be sold no longer in stores and stick them in a warehouse and wait for people to buy them in all reality there's really nothing wrong with these products.. would always recommend

This is my first time ever buying a refurbished iPhone from Back Market and my experience has been very wonderful! I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro (upgrade from the iPhone 12, always wanted a Pro just couldn’t afford one, until now) on 9th of July and just received it today 11th of July, super fast shipping and delivery! So far the phone is amazing. Just got it set up and ready to go. I got it in excellent condition and it truly is in excellent condition, I only seen one little mark on it! It came from Wireless Source from Back Market and they did amazing service, they even put a screen protector on it for me! I am truly impressed and very happy with my purchase and will definitely do another one when I need to upgrade to a new phone! I got a fair condition iPhone 13 Pro 256gb and man, this this is like excellent condition! It arrived with the screen and back glass scratch-free!! Only minor scuffs on the sides which is nothing, right!??! This was the lowest prices comparing it to other platforms like Plug or even eBay.
