I was not convinced a refurbished was the right way to go. I needed a new phone to operate my insulin pump. The phone I got looked brand new and works like it too. After running my pump all day, texting and phone calls I still have 75 to80% battery life. I would not hesitate to buy electronics of any kid from Back Market!

Came quicker than expected, and is better than I thought it would be. I thought this would be pretty bad, but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the immaculate quality of the astonishing product. I honestly couldn't discern it from a brand new product as the refurbishment was done so skillfully that the product couldn't be considered of any lower quality than that of a brand new one if you were to be judging them with the naked eye.

I am so glad I found Back Market! I desperately needed a new phone but didn’t want to buy the newest iPhone. I believe that refurbished is the way to go and I will never buy the newest phone again when I have this awesome website!

Phone was in the condition it was described but it had a lot of yellow dust in the crevices of the device which I had to clean myself. There was also a weird yellow paste, plays dough like, on the speaker and microphones holes of the device which I also had to clean myself.

The cases dont allow for finger print control. They dont have a access hole for the control, the screen protectors did not stick very well and I had to pick up another locally, that worked perfectly. It is possible there was a problem because Fed Ex left it in my mail box over night in sub freezing temperature. Kind of stupid on their part . I should have required a signature as the 2 nd phone did.

The phone is very good. The battery doesn't last as long as I’d like. I thought I was buying excellent. The trade-in company dinged me for a tiny blemish by the side button which would not show under a case. The screen protector I purchased does not allow the light touch I’m used to with my old Bodyguardz screen protector. I have to bang on the screen now. Have not yet dropped my phone so I can’t comment on the case.

this is number three purchase from back market everyone has been very smooth and good quality products my last one here has a little chip in the top and returning for a another one, however it's a little lengthy process to return your phone. and I do recommend getting your phone insurance through back market not a kkko or echelon
