(Had previously ordered the same phone supposedly new and sealed from eBay and instead got a fake one with a cheap inferior undersized display screen). I recently purchased this refurbished Samsung S22 Ultra, and while I was initially excited, that excitement quickly turned to profound disappointment. The first mic didn't work at all. People couldn't hear me on calls, making the phone practically useless – which is, you know, the primary function of a phone! This is a major problem, especially since the description stated the phone was in good condition. To add insult to injury, I live in the Caribbean, so sending it back for repairs or replacement would cost me for shipping, I've made check to have it repaired which will cost me about $900.00 TT or $132.98 US. I feel incredibly frustrated. Not only did I receive a defective phone, but now I'm out even more money just to try and rectify the situation. I expected much better quality control from the supplier.

S22 ultra was wifi nerfed. Where my Galaxy S9 and friends s21 /24 / note 20 every other Device would have perfect Wi-Fi reception the S22 Ultra would have little to no reception at all if you take one step away from the router you would experience extreme lag or get disconnected from the internet completely. This was not backmarkets fault backmarket was absolutely great thank you I will do business again Also I am not sure if the S22 Ultra I ordered that was Verizon locked refurbished could have had a issue with the Wi-Fi chip inside of it or if all as 22 ultra's are garbage for Wi-Fi connectivity. Anywho I decided to Not take my chances and get a different Galaxy completely. Overly satisfied

Great product. Good price but most of all i love that the phones are refurbished instead of ending up in a landfill. Would give a 5 star but they ship signature required and that is a major pain in my butt because I work 6 days a week and long hours, I am never home when the fedex guy shows up. I'm not worried about stolen packages as I live in a small community and there are cameras all over but there are no options to opt out of signature required.

What else could be expected? Back Market Refurbish seller hits it out of the park AGAIN. Galaxy S22 Ultra was in pristine condition. Not a scratch. And this after i tried to get faster delivery from Amazon "renewed" and struck out when they sent me an imitation gs22 phone and forced me to send it back for a refund. Folks just buy from Back Market and save yourself the possibility the headache!

The phone sent by Maroon Mobile was in excellent physical condition, but will not connect to a network. I tried dozens of troubleshooting methods, including sending the phone back to be repaired. Unfortunately, I don't think Maroon Mobile actually did anything to fix the issue, and when I asked for details about what they fixed, I was brushed off. Back Market has mostly been wonderful trying to deal with this issue, but given that it's been on and off for months, I've reached my warranty, and now they can't do anything, despite the seller obviously not repairing my phone. I consulted a local repair shop, and apparently the issue is the internal antenna, which is a manufacturing error. This is something that should have been caught in the supposedly rigorous refurbishing process, or at least when I sent it back with issues. Very frustrated, as now my only option is to spend $200+ to get it fixed, since I apparently bought a lemon and Maroon Mobile didn't bother to actually fix it.
