    My device arrived today. I was unable to activate the phone after transferring my data. Verizon was unable to put an eSim on the phone. I am now stuck with no phone for 2 days while Verizon sends me a replacement. The phones IMEI number goes to a different color and storage size than what I received, which is very confusing when you're trying to deal with your account. This entire experience has me second guessing getting phones from this service.
