This is the first time I've gotten a refurbished product that definitely works like it's brand new! I was looking for something to start gaming and streaming (not professionally but I want to try) and it's been amazing in that and helping with game development as well. I got very fortunate that I happened to see this product just when I was about to give up the search. I highly recommend both this company and Back Market in general!

2nd computer from the same refurbisher and again it had the wrong parts. Same as before, the processor was wrong. Additionally it states that it has a 512gb SSD, but it actually has a 480gb SSD. I am keeping both computers because they are only marginally different, but if purchasing another computer in the future I would definitely avoid this seller.

Product was delivered in advertised condition. Essentially brand new and works like a charm. Haven't put it to the full test as of yet since I am mostly lightly using it and geared towards productivity but do anticipate to get a pcp game or 2 in the near future to press the limits. love the product! It arrived a bit dusty and the light doesn't work, also a few of the clips on one of the panels were broken but the remaining clips were sufficient enough to hold and after giving it a good cleaning it started up perfectly and runs smoothly and is very silently. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.
