The phone is great, back market is great, but the refurbisher, Electrodealz Inc, not so much. Had the phone for about 5 months, the battery started swelling, causing the screen to unglue. It was still under warranty so I sent it back. I followed the directions to wipe the phone, using the offline directions as I was afraid to power up the phone with a swollen battery. Apparently I didn't wipe it correctly, because they immediately sent it back with no communication from them because "your phone is locked [with] pin/pattern." Why do they need to get into the phone to replace the battery anyway? Seems like a convenient excuse to me. I should have just gone with my gut and bought the kit on ifixit and done it myself, which is what I'm going to do now. The Backmarket part of the return/warranty process was very easy and painless though, so I'll give them that, though I do wish I could talk to the seller directly.

shipping was a little slow, but the phone has worked perfectly since I got it. I could only find two little blemishes on the device but other than that it's in perfect condition. I will say, the charge port seems a little dirty (nothing inside it, just marks) but that could just be due to the material of the device.

This phone was listed as "Good" condition meaning some scratches on the body and none on the screen. Mine was the opposite. The screen had some minor scratches, one deep scratch, and many swirl marks all over it. The body was almost flawless. Based on BackMarket condition guidelines, this phone should have been categories as "Fair". So I thought I was paying more for a better condition phone but got the "Fair" version instead. So BackMarket needs to re-train it's sellers on how to properly categorize their items.
