    I recently purchased a Pixel 8 Pro from Back Market in excellent condition. The phone arrived looking exactly as a new phone. While there have been rare instances of brief freezing, which could be a minor software issue, the overall experience has been fantastic. I'm impressed with Back Market's commitment to providing high-quality refurbished devices at affordable prices. Will definitely recommend others to give it a try.

    First time buying on here and a refurbished item in general. Delivery process was shaky at the start with FedEx marking the package as "delivered" though I never received anything until two days later. Luckily, customer service was quick to be on top of the case and ensure I received the package. The phone itself is in remarkable condition with no issues. The fingerprint scanner works, connects to data/wifi/Bluetooth, set up barely took 10 mins, and no issues with the camera. Only saw one small scratch on the back, but other than that the phone is flawless. I would recommend purchasing on here, but going for excellent quality is a must unless you like taking risks.

    Works fine! A couple of defects on the back and screen, but you get what you pay for. I put a case on it and I can't really see any of them. I noticed the temperature sensor does not work accurately, but that's most likely an issue with the phone itself rather than the refurbishing. I would definitely order from the seller again Additional thing, the seller sent a type-c type a USB rather than a type-c to type-c. A little bit of a hassle, just because I had to fish one out to transfer the data from my old phone but other than that I have no complaints about accessories

    I was hesitant to purchase from Back Marker because I didn't know much about them. I looked at how they have everything set up on the site and the process to sale and purchase. Once I purchased my used Google 8 pro, they sent me updates from it being shipped to when it arrived. The site is excellent and the company I bought my phone from where as . If you are on the fence I say jump off on the side of Back Market and give them a try.

    they take forever to answer and not stay commited to the client once they reach out. I understand it takes maybe 24 hrs to reach out, but after they reply if you have more questions it takes them another 4 hrs to respond without offering solutions. So you will have more questions and you will have to wait maybe another 4 hrs to get them responded. i really had good expectations from this place. what's going on?

    The phone was packaged great, came with type-c to type-c, and everything was great. FedEx kinda messed up but I had a unique situation. Overall BackMarket did a fantastic job. I'll probably return the phone because the camera is awful compared to iPhone, I just can't make the switch.
