    Always sceptical when using a new refurbished electronics website. I couldn't be happier. The communication during shipping was great, the correct phone in the correct color and storage was well packaged, including a USB c cable and charging brick, which unexpected but appreciated. I ordered a "excellent" refurbished condition and is was in fact flawless. As far as I can tell, it looks and feels brand new. 5*Stars, would recommend and likely but again from them.

    Phone itself was very nice, purchased Excellent condition and came as such. However, was supposed to receive unlocked phone and got an Xfinity locked phone instead. Infinity could not unlock it so it has been returned to BackMarket.

    Like the phone but love the customer service! First shipment had a phone that wasn't 100% operationally right. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Ended up returning the first shipment and that was super easy. Second shipment has been great with no issues. Will definitely keep Back Market as my go-to vendor for cell phones!

    super disappointing after getting excited to get a new phone after using a very old one only to find out its not unlocked. it was locked t-mobile exclusively. it also didn't work for any of my carriers be it digital esim or regular sim card. so disappointing.

    This is my third order of the same phone, the first was never delivered, the 2nd was carrier locked, but after a month I got it. I stuck with back though market because their good customer service and these things happen even with 3rd party sites. Not a great experience but they made it right

    I ordered the phone on a Monday night and it arrived on Thursday with the rest of my mail. So pretty fast. Phone is in excellent condition... if I didn't know any better I would have guessed it was brand new. definitely would use again.

    I'm not impressed by Google's choices of Pixel 8 features (no font face options, making text readable while still fitting properly, difficult) That said, the provider and Backmarket sent an excellent condition item quickly and as advertised. Functions as new.

    I was nervous at first, but Back Market delivered. Phone came faster than projected, looks about factory new and works flawlessly. The only thing I did not get with my Pixel 8 is the official box or charger, however this phone was 1250 new at T-Mobile I got it for $450. Happy to buy a charger on my own for that price. Back Market is going to save me a ton on tech now that I know about them.
