Phone looked great and held charge very well after opening up. We finally made time to activate it, and got message that the camera had been replaced with a non-Apple camera. Jury still out on how good the after market camera is. Understand that it’s refurbished, but figured that might be battery and such.

This was my 2nd attempt on ordering an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The last order had to be sent back due to be sent a pro instead of Pro Max. I read tons of reviews where other customers were blown away and amazed with the phones they received. I felt well maybe it's my turn to be wowed and so I pulled the trigger after making my selection. Fir me, anything that could go wrong usually does when ordering from anywhere. I selected 512GB in Good condition, hoping I'd get Excellent, with no or few scratches. I was blown away with my device that also came ahead of schedule. I got an iPhone 13 ProMax, not only in perfect condition, with a minor ding on the corner, (which didn't matter cause I'm keep mine inside cases at all times), but with also 1TB of storage. This dealer SOLIDIFIED my faith in Back Market for refurbished products. If at all possible, I will be using them again and again with future orders. I've had no single issue, nor complaint on this order. I even got the full value quoted on my iPhone that I sold to Back Market a couple weeks prior. Thank you again Back Market and keep up the outstanding work that you and your dealers are doing.

I’ve only had this phone for about a week but so far, it hasn’t given me issues. The camera acts up every now and then. Usually when I reboot the phone, the issues resolves. The phone is refurbished so, you get what you pay for. I’m satisfied so far.

I was scared to buy from Back Market for a while but glad I took the plunge! If you can get a phone from my refurbisher SaberTooth, I recommend it. I ordered this in good condition and the screen was flawless, no major dings on the body, battery at 84% but given that it’s a Max and above 80% I’m happy. And the warranty and return policy were there to help just in case.

When it became time to for me to upgrade my iPhone, I made the decision for the first time to purchase a refurbished iPhone versus purchasing a new one. First I felt that the pricing of new iPhones were simply getting way too expensive. Secondly, I would be doing my little piece toward helping the environment. This phone is amazing! I have never been one to like the newest phone nor the pricing that comes with it. I researched the best iPhone to date according to specs, battery life, and accessibility; that is how I chose the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Of course Apple would stop making their best iPhone in order to sell their new ones, but Back Market made it easy for me to still get my choice of phone. When the phone arrived, it had 98% battery capacity, no scratches, scuffs, or cracks. I got it in Excellent condition just to be safe. I saw mixed reviews coming from people and the only difference between a good review and a bad one was what condition grade you chose. Always go excellent to be safe. I have been using this phone for a few weeks now and I've had no issues. I uprgraded from the iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The life on the iPhone 13 Pro Max is superior in all aspects. Long lasting battery (even while streaming), apps open fast and operate at a pleasing speed, and the titanium body of the phone provides strong support. Ordered a Iphone 13 Pro Max in excellent condition and it’s beautiful. Almost no scratches besides a very little scratch near the charging port. Works and feels like brand new and the display is beautiful. The only downside I have is that the battery life is at 85% which is understandable in excellent condition but other than that it’s good. Thank you guys.
