    Great price. I decided on “Excellent” choice as the price difference was not that huge. The phone did not disappoint. Looked and preformed like it was brand new. I did have one issue as it would not show WiFi on the top bar and I had no WiFi internet, but it showed in settings that I was connected with my Starlink. Called the company and got a recording, which was no surprise as it was a weekend. Meanwhile we had found online that this issue had been previously resolved by recycling “Airplane Mode”. That did the trick and I’ve had no issues since. On Monday morning I did get a return call from the company but we had it covered. Shipping via FedEx was quick— 2 days to my house. I was at first hesitant to by refurbished but now I’m looking at tablets. All and all very happy with my purchase.

    Condition was as exactly as described, excellent with new battery. The price of the phone was also reasonable. The only negative feedback I can give is regarding the packaging. The phone was rattling around in the box with a rolled-up charging wire. The screen was protected with film but the rest of the phone was not protected. Not sure why the phone was not more secure and/or bubble wrap was not used in the Back Market box it arrived in. Supplytronics, the refurbisher/seller of this phone, has a good reputation on eBay (one of the reasons why I felt confident about this purchase). Having said that, I prefer to purchase refurbished phones on Back Market. No hassle 30-day refund policy and one year warranty. Can't go wrong with that! Plus, all phone batteries at Back Market have a minimum 85% or better battery - other vendors (Reebelo for instance) on average charge more for phones with batteries above 80 percent. I only purchased this phone with a new battery because that is what my wife wanted!

    Even though this is a refurbished phone, I can’t tell it from a brand new one. There are no visible marks. Admittedly, I opted for the cleanest one possible, but I was amazed at the impeccable condition. This is a nice feature of back market in that you can select (and pay for) the condition level you wish. I will definitely use them again.

    I purchased the excellent quality refurbished iphone and I absolutely love it. If you hadn't told me that this was refurbished I wouldn't have noticed. It feels completely new to me and I don't even see minor scratches, it looks completely clean. Love it!

    The first phone that I paid for was supposed to be in excellent condition. It arrived in "fair" condition and was dirty. I did have a great experience with customer service thankfully, and I shipped that one back and then purchased another one. The second phone is much better. However, the top speaker doesn't work. So I can't hear incoming calls unless I'm on speakerphone or in my car connected to bluetooth. I never received a shipping label for my old phone, so I still have it. But now that I've gone through the process of waiting weeks for a new phone twice and then completely wiping my old phone clean, I am not sure that it's worth the process of completely wiping this new phone clean and downloading all of my data into the old phone again. Just to do it all over again. Basically, I am resigned to having a defective phone now because I simply don't have the time or patience for this run around process again. I've learned my lesson, and will probably not shop here again for a phone that I rely on daily.     My second Back Market phone purchase. This phone’s condition was “good” and had only a few worn corners to indicate any use. Though it seems to hold charge well, battery life shows 84%. My 1st phone from Back Mkt came with 90%. This phone is still an excellent value, at least $100 less than any other refurbished phones I found. I’m satisfied and will buy again.

    So I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone but eventually went through with it, the phone works great and looks great, I ordered it in good condition and there were a few scratches on the corners that were fairly visible which I don't have a problem with, some people said they ordered in in good condition as well and theirs came in flawless. I personally love it and for anyone reading this, it is worth it if you're skeptical about ordering from here, I will most definitely order from here again!
