    I have received my MacBook Pro in a fair state, with a battery level of around 90% and 204 cycles. Initially, I was unable to use Apple Pay due to modified computer security. When attempting to update the system to the latest 2024 sequoia update, the interface displayed in Russian lettering. To resolve this, I installed a fresh iOS program and was then able to update the system. Although the battery is in good condition, there are some minor scratches and dings on the device. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with the product. a while back though I did order a 2013 MacBook from Back Market refurbished products are worth the money and then on top of that if you feel like you need to add a extended warranty, it never hurts

    The MacBook Air is a refurbished model. However, it runs perfectly fine. It doesn’t take that long to boot-up my laptop and macOS Monterey runs smoothly. I purchased the MacBook Air so that I can use it for graphic design by using Adobe Creative Cloud.

    I am a tried and true apple user. This is my 5th Mac computer! I'm very big on researching computers before I buy them, and I typically stick to trusted sites like BestBuy or Apple itself. However, I decided to search through some reddit comments that suggested trying to find a MacBook through another store that sells refurbished/used electronics. I'm very skeptical of being scammed or receiving something that won't work properly and then getting stuck with a hefty bill. That's when I found Back Market. I read through the reviews and saw that almost everyone was satisfied. We already have a MacBook Pro 2019 edition, and my husband and I both love it so I knew which model I wanted to order. I saw that people said they ordered one in fair condition and when they received it it was in perfect condition, so I decided to order the good condition MacBook and if I felt like it wasn't in the condition I wanted, I would just return it and pay more for the excellent condition price. I am SO glad I ordered it through 'good' because it really is in perfect condition and clean too! So far, it is working/running the way that it should. Definitely will be ordering all of my electronics from here ...

    I bought this refurbished Macbook Air on Christmas Eve two years ago and it is still working. I'm so happy with this purchase. I give a 4/5 rating due to the cosmetic scratches that don't affect performance but are an eyesore no question.

    I bought this Macbook Air for my daughter in university. After a brief adjustment period of going from PC world to a Mac, she is very happy with it. It has been refurbished to as close as new as possible. It is clean and does not show it's age (2017). It more than suits her needs for school. It came as described and the price was great. A very good used Mac!

    I purchased this MacBook Pro for a Veteran’s family. He is overcoming some trauma and has two teenage children, one of whom has Chikdhood Arthritis. They are precocious and driven toward the sciences. They are doing extraordinary projects using multimedia. The MacBook Pro was a perfect choice. The smile on their faces was incredible.     Planning to buy new macbook but my bank account says no🤣 so i decided to bought this item here in back market to replace my 2012 macbook, initially i was in doubt to buy refubrished macbooks but upon checking some reviews and mostly positove reviews and noted that there is a 1 yr warranty to back this refurbished thats the time i consider to buy. This 2019 macbook pro i9 core i rate it 4.9/5,way above my expectecation No issues at all. I would never buy brandnew macbook again, i will be happy to come here and buy another one if needed or i recommend to my family and friends. Price, you cant beat it, i compare this to bestbuy before buying and bestbuy are wayyyy over price for refurb item with same spec. Shipping came quick too - just in 3 days!
