    This is my 5th purchase with backmarket and I have been impressed every turn. The switch came with everything I could have needed including the wrist clips for the joycons. I waited to review until I’d had time to see the hard/software for what it truly was being refurbished. Of course the body and controllers had a few noticeable scratches on them but it was all able to be polished up a bit. All in all another great purchase. Thank you backmarket for saving the tech!

    Console works great. I’ve had very few issues and ported games from other consoles run on it pretty well too. From how much it cost in comparison to the performance of the console (not even accounting for the environmental benefit from buying refurbished products) it’s just an overall great product.

    Ordered this OLED Switch in good condition expecting some scratches or wear. What we got was essentially a brand new Switch, the box it came in had more damage than anything else. I have used BackMarket for multiple refurbished products with 100% satisfactory! I will keep coming back and referring people here.

    this didn't come with a mounting dock to connect to tv, that's the main reason I bought it so I could play on tv with my wife. I had to go to game stop to purchase one which costed 80$ in total I have paid more than the price of a brand new switch. I feel like an idiot, I really like back market but this seller did me dirty. I would be happy if I can get a partial refund of 80$ to cover the cost of the mounting dock.

    Quality of the Switch itself was as expected. However, there was still a user logged in when I received the device. This wouldn't have been too big of a deal if it hadn't been a parental controlled user. I had to call Nintendo and get a Master Key to reset parental controls and delete the user, which was a bit of a pain but only took about 20 minutes. The HDMI cord that was sent stopped working after about a week. But the console, remotes, and case are all in great shape. No sticky keys or big scratches. Overall, I'm pleased!

    I had a switch lite forever and wanted to be able to play on my tv. I know the new Switch will be here before we know it so I got a used one. This is perfect for me. I got one in excellent condition and couldn’t be happier. I really don’t consider myself a BIG gamer bc I play more relaxed / indie games but this was all I needed.

    I purchased my Switch in Fair condition. It had more scratches on the screen than I had anticipated, but was still within the definition of "fair". It came with a joycon grip I wasn't anticipating, so that was a nice surprise! And the Joy Cons themselves were also brand new. The device runs perfectly, no issues. HDMI cable provided was also new. Everything was packaged securely and thoughtfully. Overall everything it said it'd be and a little extra.

    The description didn’t say anything about what exactly was included. You get a switch, left and right joycons, the controller that you slot the joycons on, the little slides you put on the joycons to use them separately, a dock, a power adapter for the dock, and a USB-A to USB-C cable. My accessories came in pristine condition, with some still in the packaging. The switch and joycons, however, were a little worse for wear. The joysticks in the controllers are loose and rattle around, and the left joycon waggles forwards and backwards when slotted on the switch. I was a little surprised when both controllers worked fine when I started playing games. The switch itself came with a heavily scratched screen, both scratches all over the place and scratches from where the dock rubs against the screen. The screen itself has no defects and there are no dead zones in the digitizer. The buttons on the switch, the USB-C port, the game card reader and the SD card reader all work. There are also scratches all over the switch body, and one corner was chipped off, which didn’t really affect usability.     Great system. I was looking to get back into the portable gaming scene as I got rid of my first switch years ago. The system is in good condition, the screen is clear with no scratches or cracks. The joycons have zero stick drift and are pleasant to play with. And the value that it was is not lost on me either. I got this updated version of the switch for cheaper than the bundle of the original switch I purchased years ago.
