Exchanged a Samsung Galaxy S9 for a Samsung Galaxy S23. I came across Back Market in an article and after checking them and many other refurbished electronics suppliers I felt completely comfortable to take a chance. The order process itself was very easy and product shipped/arrived as promised. The staff picks were helpful in deciding on what to get as well. I had no problem setting up the phone myself thru my current carrier Verizon. ALL data transferred successfully. I took it in just to make sure I did everything correctly and without knowing it was refurbish, even they said the phone looked and operated as New. I would definitely use Black Market again . (I ordered an Excellent level which was similar price to Good condition at the time.)

I'm satisfied with my Galaxy S23 purchased from Back Market, and would buy again. Why pay full retail when you can get refurbished for much less? Refurbished is actually BETTER because it is more thoroughly tested than new!

Ordered an Excellent condition Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from refurbisher GM Deals. The phone looks absolutely brand new and works great! (Had previously ordered the same phone supposedly new and sealed from eBay and instead got a fake one with a cheap inferior undersized display screen). Can't guarantee everyone else this same great outcome, but I am 100% satisfied with this Back Market refurbisher and am so happy with my new phone. The refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22 the I ordered was classified "fair" condition, I believe it was in better shape than that. I could only find little "dings" which didn't even show, once in the case and the screen was perfect. It is much faster that my old S9+, although there is a slight "learning curve for the new features.

So far I've had this phone for about 2 weeks and it works as any phone would. I haven't tested out all the normal features for the kind of phone it is, like water resistance, but overall it's fine. My only problem is the cameras look a little too sharp and when I switch from front facing photo to front facing video it looks like a completely different camera, I'm unsure if that's just a new samsung thing or if that's how it is refurbished.

However I ordered in “excellent condition” and there are a few small scratches on the side that may be more qualified under “good condition.” Other than that, all is well! Great purchase on my end, I was still using the S9 before this so it was due for retirement unfortunately, still love my S9 though. This S21 is better in several ways. even being refurbished. it charges in a bit over an hour, the back is plastic so you don't need to worry about the phone flexing in your pocket and cracking, an issue I ran into with my old S9 partly because I procrastinated getting a case. The cameras on this are great, the quality is nice, and I'm not sure which processor it uses but it runs really smooth. It's got the average 60 hertz display and the fast and snappy 120 hertz display that you can cycle through, 9/10 phone imo
