    The seller sold me a at&t locked phone as unlocked. Also, when I tried to contact them through the info card they sent with the phone the number they provided was a disconnected line in New York. And I couldn't get the phone unlocked by at&t because the previous owner hadn't removed the phone from their account. I spent two and a half days trying to figure out if I could get this phone to work because this seller did not do their due diligence to check all of this when they "refurbished" it. Overall a very negative experience.

    The phone looks brand new. We were very pleased with that. The only thing that does not work on this phone and touch screen. We cannot open up the phone to look at it by touch screen, we have to click on the side button. We have tried restarting the phone and it just doesn't work. Of course, we googled it and we've tried everything suggested.
