    I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I’m compelled to write one. It’s my first time using backmarket to purchase a refurbished phone for my Mom as a xmas gift. I opted for the excellent condition. Honestly, I was thinking twice to make a purchase thru backmarket because of the mixed reviews that I’ve extensively read, especially the words “brittle screen display” “non-genuine parts installed” such and such. But since, backmarket offers 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy, it’s a no brainer. Thus, I went ahead and made the purchase. The iPhone 14 Pro arrived quick and upon examining it more thoroughly, it’s basically flawless like brand new just like you get from apple, other than 85% battery life (which I’m about to get replaced by apple anyway). I’m so happy about this transaction and I highly recommend it to people who are in the market for one without costing you arm and leg. Shout out to Supplytronics!

    I was so hesitant to buy a refurbished phone off Back Market. After losing my phone that I bought from Apple (and am still paying off), I knew I didn't want to spend the $1,300 on a brand new one AGAIN. The iPhone 14 pro max I bought of this site is EXCELENT. I purchased the "good" option, expecting it to come with a few scratches from a previous owner.... It's literally a brand new phone. Not a scratch on it and works absolutely perfectly. Not sure how this site does with other products outside of iPhones... but I will 100% be coming back when the time comes to purchase another.

    The refurbished iPhone 14 was as was indicated and I am happy with the purchase. However, the trade in process is suspect as the price you are given is not the price they end up paying you. Their refurbishing company will tell you the condition is not as good as you submitted and then reduces your payout to lower than if you submitted a lower condition. Seemed like a bait and switch process by their refurbishing company.

    I have previously purchased several Apple products from BackMarket and have been exceptionally please with each one - price-condition-timely arrival. I purchased this iPhone as a gift to a close friend. It's condition was listed as "good", but it arrived early in *pristine* condition.     Originally, I was very hesitant to buy a refurbished phone rather than buy an iPhone new. However, I am glad I took the risk because the phone I received was in perfect condition, as if I had bought the iPhone directly from apple. i ordered the ‘excellent’ grade phone and am absolutely ecstatic about its condition.     I'm really happy with it! Way faster than my old phone, which was on its last legs (2020 iPhone SE with a home button and 74% battery capacity). I'm not a real techy guy, but I can definitely feel how much faster this thing runs. The screen is huge, which is great for video, and I love how the text fills the screen when I'm reading an article, feels very futuristic. I was a little scared when I saw that the refurbished model came with only 86% battery capacity, but it makes a huuuge difference– I can use the phone all day without it going dead, while I always had to carry a portable charger with my old one if I was going to be out of the house for more than about 5 hours. I even left it unplugged overnight once (while playing my podcasts) and still woke up to over 30% battery. I put off getting a new phone for so long in part because I preferred Touch ID, but Face ID is not as intrusive as I thought it would be. I do have to knock it down to 4 stars because 1. I wish Face ID worked better with a mask (since I'm often using it to make Apple Pay transactions indoors) and 2. The screen IS really huge, and there don't seem to be a ton of accessibility hacks to help deal with that. It m...

    my daughter loves the phone but again she is 15 and needed a phone. she said that when she takes pictures that the pictures are blurry. I got the phone when I was supposed to. wish I could have gotten it in a different color, but black is all there was. I think it was kinda expensive for being a refurbish phone. but again delivery was on time.
