Refurbished Xbox Series S

Order came in packaging secured and in a timely manner. No damage to the console and everything included as listed. This is my second purchase from this platform and I will be purchasing plenty more. It’s an awesome site to get the electronics that you’ve had your eye on, without the stress of emptying your wallet.

Runs well , and takes up little space . Gaming and streaming is very good . All in all consul and controller are in good condition. USPS did take a minute to ship it. But that has nothing to do with Back Market or the company that sold it. Great job all in all.👍👍

My daughter hdmi cord was broken had to buy another one but that’s all that was wrong the game work amazingly

the xbox is great. It looked like it was brand new. my problem is with the controller is came with. while it looked good its has some software issue that keeps it from connecting to the xbox.

Works perfectly. I get all my tech from back market. Never had any issues. If it says great condition its great condition.

I gave back market and game brain electronics a chance to introduce me to next gen gaming for a fairer price and was promptly disappointed. I purchased an Xbox Series S in “Excellent” condition. I understand completely that the console is refurbished but it arrived with a broken trigger on the controller and the console itself would not turn on. (I tried multiple outlets and power cords). I went ahead and proceeded to email Game Brain Electronics about the situation and a gentleman named Andrew assisted me with providing either a refund or a replacement. I decided to go with the refund. Andrew did note in the same email that if I chose the refund he would send me a shipping label. After I agreed to the refund all I received back was an email that read “Ok no worries.”. I did not receive a shipping label. I’m not the type to go out of my way to write a poor review but It just felt like he gave up on me. Hopefully it was just a hiccup considering all the other good reviews. Going ahead with buying multiple ps2’s and starting a collection instead.
