I was pleasantly surprised, the refurbished MacBook Air (2020) arrived within a few days, and it is in PERFECT condition. No scratches or any issues, battery is still in top level health. This was by far the BEST deal I could find online on this model. I only order from Backmarket for my used tech now. Whenever I did have even the slightest issue, their customer service has been great. It might take a day for them to reply to me, but they have always resolved any issues I had. I can not recommend this website enough! Thank you BackMarket! 10/10

i’m very impressed so far! everything seems to work well and the maximum capacity for the battery is at 98% which is pretty good for a refurbished item. unlike some reviews i’ve seen for this seller i received a real apple charger with my macbook! only time will tell for something but overall i recommend this seller.

Wow, it said condition 'Good' but the MacBook I received was in near new condition. Some very tiny scuffs on one edge, I could barely notice. Great job from this refurbisher, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used Mac in the future.

Thus far the Macbook Air M1 has been great! The 16gb version handles everything that I need it to and its fast! I love how light and portable it is! The condition I purchase was "very good" however, I noticed only one small blemish on the body other than that it looked new! My only question is, how come when I enter the device serial number, Apple doesn't recognize it? Just a small question. Laptop is just awesome and the price was perfect! This was my first time using Backmarket btw.

I'm familiar with Amazon's system of buying used products in different conditions, so I went with buying the lowest tier: fair. Fair includes dents and some scratches aka was very well loved. This person also sells on Amazon so I knew it would be kind of the same experience there. I knew what I was getting into and had moderate expectations. The m1 macbook air was slightly above those expectations. There was small areas of discoloration from being rubbed up against something and from a sticker label that was once on there. There was also a good amount of tiny nicks around parts of the lid edges where the previous owner kept knocking it into something. The inside however was in near pristine condition. The battery health was also at 89% which was slightly better than I was hoping. It still takes hours of use to run the battery down compared to a normal laptop. Charging is very fast like a tablet. I am very glad that they also included the charger and cable. The cable was a bit grubby and it cames wrapped up in a way I was afraid of breaking it. I can always get a new cable in the future. I will warn that there is no way to get Applecare on these devices because they are over a ye...
